    Overflowing Support Members of the Sacred Water Society have pledged annual support of $1000 or more to Mikveh Bess Israel. The mikveh's living waters offer spiritual purity and renewal to the greater Hartford Jewish community. We received our mikveh as a gift from our forbearers, Society members have answered the call to sustain it now and into the future. Sacred Water Society members are guardians of this vital community resource that brings a physical dimension to our expression of faith and strengthens the bonds of our collective, long-standing heritage. Their generous support goes to infrastructure enhancement and repair, equipment upgrades, essential maintenance and more.     < Back Men's Immersions Men's immersions occur regularly on weekday mornings and Friday afternoons. Men should bring their own towels and toiletries if they are paying the $18 men's rate. If you plan to use towels and toiletries, the fee is $36. Payment may be made by cash or check at the mivkeh or electronically here.
